The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is the celebration of the pastry techniques of the most dedicated and passionate professionals.

To participate in this final, Chefs from all over the world have invested every second of their lives, in addition to the long and difficult hours of their daily work, in the search for textures, flavors and constructions, each more almabicated and exceptional than the last, to amaze the world of gastronomy.

We deeply respect this commitment. It is a gift of self for a demanding profession, a passion in surpassing oneself to always surprise guests.

This passion is also ours, that of defending a certain conception of culinary art.
