Capfruit combines the two varieties of passion fruit (yellow and purple) to obtain a Fruit’Purée rich in flavors but also very balanced, playing on the acidity of one and the sweetness of the other. This means finding these two varieties in two different regions: in Ecuador and Vietnam.
