In its Fruit’Purée Raspberry, Capfruit combines two queen and complementary varieties of Raspberry: Mecker and Williamette, La Mecker brings its freshness and its aromatic power, its beautiful sugar-acid balance, as well as its strong persistence. The williamette brings a tangy and herbaceous touch, giving the raspberry Fruit’Purée a subtle balance.
